ArtRage and Photoshop... I don't have photoshop on my current lappy, so... ArtRage mostly.

I used to use Painter, but we broke up.

I normally use GIMP for all my needs at the moment. I love Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop, too.

Photoshp CS4, Gimp, 3DS Max, illustrator, SAI, Painter 11 I use them all to a certain extent in all of my images. just depends on what effect I need. Im looking into the other programs you listed now XD
