I chose not to vote and I really dont care who is elected president because this country is going down hill with either one of them! America is in for a rough 4 years... God help us all!

Yes, I am very pleased that Barack is going to be our next president. However, it amazes me that the majority of Americans would rather amend the Constitution and deny people their God given right to love whoever they want, instead of following one of the simplest amendents- "All men are created equal under the eyes of God." Oh well, I doubt Prop 8 will stay active for too long.
You're absolutely correct. If the country was created by Christian men, which it was, there should not be such a big controversy about all of this. That's true, but even in my history book it says "All me are created equal to make themselves as unequal as possible."
