Hard question... No one is racist for lols : those who are racists against (to ? Sorry, my english isn't perfect) some people just by following the opinion of others, without trying to understand who is the person in front of you because of his/her color of skin (or religion, for that matter) are complete idiots.
Besides that, you have some people who had a lot of bad experiences with one kind of (ethnic) population, and who tends to become less and less tolerant towards this kind of population with time, eventually becoming racist. Though, in some cases, there are huge confusions between rabble, one population and a religion...
It's hard to deal with this subject. In my case, I see a lot of people falling to racism, and I try to not follow the same path... But I reached zero-tolerance for stupid people, be it white/black/yellow/whatever, who hurt others on purpose and aim to make other feel miserable, just because they can.
I don't think I'm racist... :\ I was taught when I was a child to respect people,even if there a bit different then me,I joke around with em' but I pretty much respect everyone...
