Way Past Cool

So this is kinda late, but its my 20th anniversary Sonic picture. For me, it all started with Sonic Adventure on dreamcast in christmas 1999. I had watched SatAM when i was little but i was around 3 or 4 when i watched it. So Sonic Adventure really started my sonic love.

I wanted to incorporate all my favorite parts from the best Sonic games, Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2. I worked way too long on this, its filled with sonic passion. I had to look up an excessive amount of reference, those jets are even referenced from SA2. I learned a lot in this piece, as almost everything here i had never tried to draw or paint before, with the exception of sonic.

This is my end all, be all sonic illustration, i probably wont paint sonic again for quite a long time. I hope you guys thoroughly enjoy this, as im quite fond of it myself.
