This photo was sold to a collector in 1906 for $3.50 by an amateur photographer at Loch Ness. That value may seem small but by today's standards its roughly $85.00. The fisherman seen here is a veteran cryptid slayer, he is using a harpoon tied to a barrel of dynamite that will be lit by his apprentice. Once the creature is tagged it will flee in pain only to explode once out of reach of the boat. This photo was captured just before the animal was destroyed.
And what is a harpoon tied to a barrel of TNT going to do lol? Unless the barrel has already been lit, and it doesn't fall into the water( which 99% will most likely happen), its going to be pretty useless
hah, plesiosaur!
Personally, I would have tied the explosive to the harpoon itself, but this works too.
