EDIT: Fixed his feet and such

So i spend a bit longer on this character update, since he was the first of the bunch to be created. Feel like he has really come a long way, and im very pleased with this design. I went for a more gladiator look this time around. Made him more muscular, he started out that way, but had since gotten thinner and thinner; no more. There is an easter egg in this one perhaps, perhaps youll need to download to find it.

Nice improvement to it's predecessor but why are his wings, so small?Still this one looks cool.

He's got a lot of weight hanging off his back, and no heals to support it... looks kinda like he's about to fall over backwords. Perhaps if his lower legs were a bit more beastly? Right now he just seems like a guy standing on his toes.

Overall very good though. Love the costume!

Love seeing the progress you've made over time for this character; especially the anti-typical wing design.

Nicely painted and interesting costume design. I am getting hung up on his feet. His legs in previous designs were more plantigrade, and the smaller toes worked. But in this design his legs are straighter and more digitigrade, but his toes are still small/short. It seems like if he were real then he'd be falling backwards because there doesn't seem to be a counterbalance.

I love how the wings in the paint work simulate translucence. If there is one thing i would love to learn from looking over your gallery here in like 5 seconds, would have to be how to concept armour

I can't wait to see the next generation of those, when you'll have more matured this new style and given them better composition, color harmony and finishing. This one is already intimidating. Looking at this in one or two years... Will get really interesting.

I really like how you bulked him up! I always imagined him with more of this feeling ... where he's big, but more like a big teddy bear at the same time? And his updated gear as well, it feels a lot more rugged.

I'm glad that you update the deviation each time you change something in the picture! I've been saving all the versions and it's neat to see what changes you make and such; Things like the background colours growing cooler, the adding of rim lighting and all... It's nice how you've been suggesting shapes as well with your strokes in areas and not having to detail everything.
