Some Cool Dinosaurs by arvalis Some Cool Dinosaurs by arvalis
Here's a quickie done as break from commissions. My three favorite theropods drawn from memory. T-rex is my favorite animal in general though, and red is my favorite color; so that's how that happened.

Dinosaurs are Always a Unic Genera even among Modern Life !  Wow!

I think its pretty clear Bipedal Spinosaurus Jurassic Park - Spinosaurus (JPOG) [V.1]  is Way more Accurate than Qued. one; not just because its arms couldn't support the weight but because all of its ancestors are entirelly Bipedal.
(Also its really Common to See Oasis in Paleontology)

Love this piece! I play Primal Carnage on steam and yet their secondary game is also as best as the first. ^^ It's a very nice collection of predatory dinosaurs they've added. Dinosaurs are simply amazing. ^^

Spinosaurus...rocks! It could totally eat T. Rex. But it probably wouldn't eat us...it is a fish eater. But those claws on its arms were as big as meat hooks add that to crocodile like teeth...T. Rex is doomed if Spino gets those things into it.

Nuff said...T. Rex would lose.

Awesome pic by the way! :3

Sort of. Spinosaurus were found to walk on Four legs and they didn't have a bill. They still had claws on their feet but they were webbed

No, spinosaurus was incorrectly identified as being quadrupedal, its arms could not support weight.  Thats not a bill, its a flamboyant snout and it does have webbed feet.

I appreciate that they found more bones of the animal, but it's still horribly incomplete.  Until they find a complete, articulated fossil, we're probably never going to see an agreement on what Spinosaurus looked like.

As I've said to others, it is entirely possible that they are mixing the bones of another species, or maybe a younger spino in. Let's just say, for example, a mother and one of it's young were killed (somehow) and the skeletons were scattered. It could be that they found the legs of a young spinosaurus and assumed that it was all part of the same animal.

It's especially strange to think that spinosaurus had stumpy legs, when other spinosaurs have been found to have proportionately larger legs.

the problem now is that the picture might be outdated if the "stubby leg spino" theory is true

Have you seen the documentary 'Bigger than T-rex'? It explains the process they took in reconstructing the Spinosaurus and tells the story of how the new fossil was found. Most experts support the new 'stubby' depiction. There's always be a special place in my heart for the old Spino though!

Personally I would be most scared of the Carnotaurus, since it's probably the fastest and least likely to ignore you as a potential food item.

Only if you keep running in a straight line; Carnotaurus and other abelisaurs were fast in the straightaway, but couldn't corner worth a damn.  Tyrannosaurus might ignore you, unless it was desperately hungry or felt threatened in some way.  Spinosaurus you would want to be careful of; it may have preferred fish and was likely not a fast mover on land, but there's evidence that its relatives did prey on medium-sized prey, and humans are perfectly sized to be swallowed whole. ;)

Though I may be wrong, I believe the Spinosaurus was smaller than the Tyrannosaurus Rex (if not as big as). Correct me if I'm what I may be.

The most conservative estimates for spinosaurus still puts its slightly larger than the largest T. rex specimen found.  The most liberal estimates have it at about twenty feet longer.
