Description
Did this one for the IGN Dark Souls 2 armor design contest. The concept behind the piece is that the sword plays host to a demon soul that seduces noble warriors to become its wielder. They get entangled in the thorns that are an extension of the sword until the next chosen wielder slays the enthralled knight. Had to cut a lot of corners to get this out in a couple to hit the deadline, but I rather dig the end result. You can see my design process over on my tumblr post. Wish me luck.
