Well the other day i was sitting there in class and i busted out a few cool monster concepts and this was one of them. I thought about what a dragon might look like if it had evolved to be highly marine capable and this was what i came up with. His lower jaw is ver unique, it has only one row of teeth through the center of the mandible, the teeth are muscled so it can move them back and forth. It possesses no tongue, its teeth are much more useful when biting onto much larger aquatic creatures(leviathans). I hope you guys like it, i really like this rushed look it has.
